2. How PiNLiNX Works

• PiNLiNX provides NFC-enabled enamel pins that allow users to program and associate custom URLs with their pins.
• Users scan the pin’s NFC chip with a smartphone to either be redirected to a set URL or, if unassigned, enter a unique key to set their own URL.
• PiNLiNX does not store user accounts or personal collections.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users are responsible for the URLs they associate with their pins.
• URLs must comply with applicable laws and must not contain harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content.
• Users must ensure they have the rights to any content they submit via the “Idea Box” feature.

4. Community Submissions

• Users may submit new pin designs, including an image, a design name, and a nickname or name for attribution.
• Users must provide an email address to receive approval notifications.
• PiNLiNX reserves the right to reject or remove any submissions at its discretion.

5. Content Moderation

• PiNLiNX reserves the right to remove or modify any user-submitted URLs deemed inappropriate or harmful.
• If a URL is removed, the associated pin may become non-functional until a new, appropriate URL is set.

6. Limitation of Liability

• PiNLiNX is not responsible for the content of user-programmed URLs.
• We provide our service “as is” without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our product or website.
